Authorize to accept and expend in an amount not to exceed $40,042,503 in American Rescue Plan Act Emergency Rental Assistance financial assistance funds in a new accounting unit to fund the NH Emergency Rental Assistance Program to provide financial assistance to eligible households, not to exceed 18 months, including the payment of rent, rental arrears, utilities and home energy costs, utilities and home energy costs arrears, and other expenses related to housing as allowed by US Treasury to help keep household stably housed. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on August 20, 2021.
