Description
Authorize to budget and expend Balance Carry Forward Funds in the amount of $107,296 for the purpose of covering projected shortfalls in general litigation expenses incurred in the defense of the State and the prosecution of criminal laws. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022. 100% Federal Revenue Transfers from Other Agencies.
