Authorize to retroactively accept and expend funds in the total amount of $411,661 from the Department of Energy, the Public Utilities Commission, the Department of Agriculture, Markets & Food, the Department of Business and Economic Affairs, the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification, the NH Department of Labor, and the NH Council on Developmental Disabilities. (2)Further authorize to establish a temporary, full-time Administrator I, LG 27 position to manage day-to-day operations of a new unit within DAS’s Division of Personnel called the Human Resources Support Unit, that will provide human resource support services for various smaller agencies. Effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023. 100% Transfer from Other Agencies. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on August 20, 2021.
