Authorize to make transfers from the Salary Adjustment Fund to agency permanent personnel salary accounts after approval by the Director of the Division of Personnel, during the period of August 19, 2021 to July 22, 2022 for transfers related to fiscal year 2022 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each quarter for the year end closing date. (2)Further authorize to make transfers from the Benefit Adjustment Fund to agency benefit accounts, during the period of August 19, 2021 to July 22, 2022 for transfers related to fiscal year 2022 and to report transfers made as practical after each quarter or the year end closing date.
