Authorize to enter into retroactive sole source contracts with the contractors as detailed in letter dated July 19, 2021, for establishing behavioral health long term care bed capacity exclusively for patients to transfer from NH Hospital or Glencliff Home, in an amount not to exceed $1,735,416. Effective May 17, 2021 through May 31, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
