Description
Authorize to accept and place on file the Bureau of Environments’ annual accounting of permit fees and in lieu mitigation fees made to the Department of Environmental Services during fiscal year 2021 for construction projects and maintenance activities requiring fill and dredge in wetlands and other areas, as well as impacts to the protected shoreland of surface waters. The detailed reporting is for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021.
