Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a sole source contract with Concord Coach Lines Inc., Concord, NH to manage and maintain the Concord Intermodal Facility located at 30 Stickney Ave in Concord, NH. Effective upon G&C approval or November 16, 2021, whichever is later, to December 31, 2023. This is a no-cost operating agreement.
