Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract amendment with Winterset Inc., Lyndonville, VT (originally approved by G&C on 1-22-21, item #48), for slope failure repair and minor road changes in Stratford, by increasing the amount by $195,000 from $373,044.50 to $568,044.50. Effective upon G&C approval through September 24, 2021. 100% Betterment Funds.
