Description

Authorize to enter into a contract with Skumatz Economic Research Associates Inc., Silverthorne, CO, to assist and advise the Department in their evaluation of energy efficiency programs under the Energy Efficiency Resource Standard, in an amount not to exceed $284,683. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2023. 100% Utility Assessment.
