Description
Authorize to award a grant to Emerald Lake Village District, Hillsborough, NH, in the amount not to exceed $315,000 for water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2022. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund. (2)Further authorize a loan agreement with Emerald Lake Village District, Hillsborough, NH, in the amount not to exceed $945,000 to finance water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund Repayment Funds.
