TABLED - The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Gatsas, seconded by Councilor Warmington voted to table the request to enter into a contract amendment with OutreachSystems.com Inc., Santa Barbara, CA (originally approved by G&C on 8-24-16, item #46), by executing a contract extension, extending the completion date from August 31, 2021 to February 28, 2024 and increasing the price by $35,000 from $87,950 to $122,950 for a Neoserra license, a web-based Client Relationship Management software program. Effective upon G&C approval through February 28, 2024. 100% General Funds.
