Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with Southwestern Community Services Inc., Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-25-20, item #8), for the ongoing provision of Permanent Housing and Supportive Services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness through the Federal Continuum of Care Program, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price by $219,951 from $210,427 to $430,378 and extending the completion date from July 31, 2021 to July 31, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
