Description
Authorize to enter into sole source contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated June 17, 2021, for legal representation for individuals subject to revocation of conditional discharge, emergency medication administration, or emergency transfer from NH Hospital to the Secure Psychiatric Unit, in an amount not to exceed $60,800. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% General Funds.
