Authorize to enter into retroactive amendments to existing contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated June 21, 2021, for the continued provision of substance use disorder prevention and early intervention services for children, from birth through age 9 years old, who are involved with the NH Division for Children, Youth and Families and their parents and caregivers who have a substance use disorder, by increasing the total price by $371,755 from $6,241,597 to $6,613,352 with no change to the completion date of September 29, 2021. Effective January 1, 2021. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Office for Emergency Relief and Recovery).
