Description

Authorize to enter into a retroactive memorandum of agreement with the National Foundation for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Inc., Atlanta, GA, to provide staff to the Department to support in the Overdose Response Strategy High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area program, at no cost to the Department. Effective April 1, 2021 through July 31, 2021, with the option to renew.
