Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Stephens Marquis Associates Inc., Merrimack, NH, for the upgrade of the existing underground diesel storage tank at the Chester Shed, on the basis of a low bid of $392,000. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $19,600 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 15, 2021. 100% Underground Fuel Tank Replacement – Capital Fund.
