Description
Authorize, under the Community Development Block Grant program, to amend a grant agreement with the City of Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-11-20, item #29), by increasing the amount by $185,091 from $500,000 to $685,091, with no change to the completion date of December 31, 2021. If approved, this amendment will cover increased project costs to allow for the completion of the three-facility shelter rehabilitation project in Keene, NH. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
