Description
Authorize to award a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund grant to Abenaki Water Co Inc., Plainville, CT, in the amount not to exceed $350,000 for water system improvements to the White Rock water system in Bow, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2022. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund. (2)Further authorize a loan agreement with the Abenaki Water Co Inc., Plainville, CT, in the amount not to exceed $125,000 to finance water system improvements to the White Rock water system in Bow, NH. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund Repayment Funds.
