Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Genesis Eldercare Rehabilitation Services Inc., Kennet Square, PA, to provide physical and occupational therapy services to residents of the Glencliff Home, in the amount of $8,162. (2)Further authorize to enter into a sole source license for use of premises agreement with Genesis Eldercare Rehabilitation Services Inc., Kennet Square, PA, to receive payment in the amount of $8,162 for the use of space onsite at Glencliff Home to provide physical and occupational therapy services to residents. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022, with the option to renew for up to 3 additional years. 100% Other Funds (Rent).
