Description
Authorize to enter into contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated June 1, 2021, for legal representation at probable cause hearings for individuals subject to judicial hearings for involuntary admittance to any program or designated receiving facility for mental health treatment and to advise individuals whose conditional discharge has been revoked of their right to appeal, in an amount not to exceed $372,992. Effective July 2, 2021 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2023. 100% General Funds.
