Authorize to amend an existing contract with University of Kansas Center for Research Inc., Lawrence, KS (originally approved by G&C on 2-25-15, item #9), for the use of the Results Oriented Management web-based software product for the provision of data development, reporting and annual subscriptions, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price by $174,975 from $213,150 to $388,125 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023. 82% Federal, 18% General Funds.
