Authorize to enter into contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated June 16, 2021, to provide developmental disability and acquired brain disorder services, with a total price of $23,810,694 of which $5,822,000 is a shared amount among all vendors that provides family-centered early support services and room and board reimbursement, of which there is no maximum or minimum service volume guarantee. Effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023. 18% Federal, 82% General Funds.
