Authorize to enter into sole source amendments with the 3 vendors listed in bold as detailed in letter dated June 15, 2021, and amend the remaining contracts (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #46), by exercising renewal options to extend the completion dates as reflected in the table, to continue to provide Permanent Housing and Coordinated Entry Programs to individuals, youth, and/or families who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness, and by increasing the total price limitation by $2,335,227 from $3,848,823 to $6,184,050. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
