Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-21-17, item #49), for the provisions of a Commodity Supplemental Food Program and a Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program, statewide, by increasing the price by $1,028,127 from $1,492,793 to $2,520,920 and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2021 to September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
