Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Abbott Laboratories Inc., Columbus, OH, to receive rebates on select formulas purchased with food instruments issued by the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children with a rebate revenue of $8,778,621, at no cost to the Department. Effective upon G&C approval or October 1, 2021, whichever is later, through September 30, 2024, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional years. 100% Other Revenue received from Abbott Laboratories Inc.
