Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell 5.6+/- acres of State-owned land located on the westerly side of Stickney Ave in the City of Concord, also known as the former State Highway Garage. The sale would be to Brady Sullivan Properties LLC, for $1,000,000. (2)Further authorize to compensate NAI Norwood Group from the proceeds of the subject sale in the amount of $50,000 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval. Originally purchased between 1925 and 1935 with 100% Highway Funds.
