Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Reed & Reed General Contractors, Woolwich, ME, for construction of a new 8-span IB-C bridge across the Connecticut River between Hinsdale, NH and Brattleboro, VT, on the basis of a low bid of $61,170,535.69. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $3,058,526.78 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 25, 2024. 86.08% Federal, 13.92% Other Funds.
