Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley Inc., Bow, NH, for removal and upgrade of deficient median guardrail along I-93 in Hooksett, on the basis of a low bid of $696,435.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $34,821.78 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 29, 2021. 100% Turnpike Funds.
