Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with GMI Asphalt LLC, Belmont, NH, for resurfacing of 19 miles of Tier 2 roadways in Districts 1 and 3, on the basis of a low bid of $1,843,025.08. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $92,151.25 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 17, 2021. 96% Federal, 4% Other Funds (Betterment).
