Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with New England Signal Systems Inc., Northwood, NH, for signal work statewide, on the basis of a low bid of $207,933.10. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $10,396.66 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project.
