Description

Authorize to enter into contracts with qualified attorneys in the State to provide for the representation of indigent defendants when the Public Defender is disqualified by a conflict of interest or not able to provide representation due to caseload limitations, for an amount not to exceed $4,066,000. Effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023. 100% General Funds.
