Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Symphony Diagnostic Services No. 1 LLC d/b/a Tridentcare 1, Baltimore, MD, for the provision of On-Site X-Ray, ECG, Zio Patch & Ultrasound services for the Northern NH Correctional Facility, in the amount of $166,725. Effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024, with the option to renew for one additional period of up to 2 years. 100% General Funds.
