Description

Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to retroactively amend a contract with HNTB Corporation, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5/17/23, Item #36) for soundwall and privacy fence design along I-95 in the Town of Portsmouth, NH, by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. Time extension only, no additional funding.
