Authorize to exercise the only renewal option with NH Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities, d/b/a Parent Information Center, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8-28-19, item #96), to continue to implement a multi-faceted approach to improving outcomes for preschool children, with disabilities and the systems that support those outcomes, by increasing the price by $295,059.18 from $248,330.88 to $543,390.06. Effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
