Authorize to accept and expend federal funds in the amount of $2,000,000 from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 State Fiscal Recovery Funds for the purpose of subgranting funds to state agencies and municipalities to aid with activities related to relaxed COVID-19 restrictions.
