Description
Authorize to retroactively amend an existing memorandum of understanding with the Department of Information Technology, in the amount of $81,083.20 for the design and development of custom contract management process flows using Infor Process Automation, as well as Strategic Sourcing workflows for “Sourcing Event Approval”, including training for configuration and administration of Process Automation and Configuration Console contained within the Infor US Inc Enterprise Resource Planning system, referred to as NH FIRST, by extending the end date from December 31, 2020 to June 30, 2022. No Additional Costs.
