TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Gatsas, seconded by Councilor Kenney voted to table the request to enter into a contract with Beacon Health Options Inc., Boston, MA, to establish and operate a centralized access and crisis call center via a single, statewide telephone number for individuals experiencing a mental health and/or substance use disorder crisis. (2)Further authorized an advance payment of $750,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023, with the option to renew for up to 4 additional years. 8% Federal, 92% General Funds.
