Description
Authorize to amend contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated June 10, 2021 (originally approved by G&C on 6-24-20, item 9), for the provision of a multidisciplinary team to assess and evaluate whether or not individuals convicted of a sexually violent offense, who are eligible for release from total confinement, meet the definition of sexual violent predators as defined in the NH RSA 135-E entitled “Involuntary Civil Commitment of Sexually Violent Predators”, by increasing the total shared price by $28,000 from $50,000 to $78,000, with no change to the contract completion dates of June 30, 2022. 100% General Funds.
