Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with University of Vermont and State Agricultural College, Burlington, VT (originally approved by G&C on 11-25-19, item #13), to provide inspections, testing, maintenance and repairs to the clinical equipment located at the NH Hospital, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price by $30,000 from $25,758 to $55,758 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023. 70% General, 30% Other Funds (Provider and Intra-Agency).
