Description
Authorize to award a contract with NH Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities Inc., d/b/a Parent Information Center, Concord, NH, for Family-To-Family services for parents of children with and without special health care needs to support families and caregivers, in the amount of $540,000. Effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional years. 50% Federal, 50% General Funds.
