Authorize, on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, to amend an existing contract with NH Coalition of Recovery Residences, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10-23-19, item #16), to continue to provide services to certify and support recovery homes in NH, and to develop and administer a rental assistance program for residents who are entering recovery homes, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price by $630,000 from $750,000 to $1,380,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2022. 16.67% Federal, 83.33% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission). (2)Further authorize an advance payment in the amount of $70,000 to the NH Coalition of Recovery Residences. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
