Authorize to amend an existing contract with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-10-20, item #12), to continue the collection and abstraction of clinical and non-clinical data to address maternal morbidities in order to prevent future maternal deaths, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $136,556 from $136,556 to $273,112 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
