Description
Authorize the Bureau of Informatics, Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance program to accept and expend other funds in the amount of $2,000 from the Alzheimer’s Association, $35,000 from the University of NH’s Institute on Disability, and $18,000 from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center’s NH Colorectal Cancer Screening Program to fund the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022. 100% Other Funds.
