Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Casella Construction, Pittsford, VT on the basis of a low bid of $2,863,446.25, for reconstruction of a section of NH 11 in Sunapee damaged by a significant rainfall event in July 2023. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $286,344.63, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 30, 2026, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
