Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to retroactively amend a contract with GM2 Associates Inc. (originally approved by G&C on 5-2-18, item #35), for preliminary design services for the reconstruction of a 1.7 mile segment of NH 125 in the Towns of Plaistow and Kingston, by extending the completion date from May 31, 2021 to August 31, 2021. No Additional Funding.
