Authorize the Bureau or Planning & Community Assistance to enter into a contract with the Strafford Regional Planning Commission, Rochester, NH, to undertake certain transportation related planning activities, in the amount of $1,008,108. Effective July 1, 2021 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
