Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with C.W. Sliter & Sons, LLC d/b/a CWS Fence & Guardrail, Andover, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $1,518,520 for replacement of forty-three guardrail runs at various locations throughout the Turnpike system. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $75,926, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 25, 2026, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Turnpike Funds
