Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Kirk Fenoff & Son Excavating, LLC, Danville, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $2,875,694.27, for bridge and culvert replacement on US Rt. 2 in Jefferson, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $201,298.60, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 18, 2027, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
