Authorize, under the Community Development Block Grant program, to amend a grant agreement with the Town of Wolfeboro, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2-19-20, item #29),for the completion of the G.A.L.A Community Center makerspace rehabilitation project, by increasing the amount by $390,000 from $500,000 to $890,000, with no change to the completion date of December 31, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
