Description
Authorize to accept and expend $50,000,000 in federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to fund investments in drinking water, and wastewater infrastructure. (2)Further authorize to establish seven full time temporary positions. Effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023. (3)Further authorize to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the NH Department of Fish and Game, to provide funding for one position to assist with timely protected wildlife reviews related to NHDES infrastructure permits, in an amount of not to exceed $293,665. Effective July 1, 2021 through December 31, 2024. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
